The West Virginia Certification Board is a member of the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium/Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse (IC&RC/AODA). IC&RC/AODA has member boards in 45 states, 7 countries and all branches of the U.S. armed forces. Certified Addiction Counselors credentialed by IC&RC/AODA member boards may easily obtain an equivalent credential from any of the other member boards.
