Each year, WVAADC members and concerned individuals join at the WV Capitol Building to raise awareness for those with substance use disorders in our state. The day will include the opportunity to talk to your local legislators and to network others who are passionate about the field of substance use disorders.
The topic this year is medication assisted treatment options in the state, the changes in legislature and will be presented by Jim Berry. We will also have a panel discussion consisting of professionals, individuals in treatment, and individuals who have been successful in their recovery.
Please join us to create awareness of the treatment efforts and to speak for those who can't.
